Graphics application

The instructions on this page will help you to easily apply our graphics to you bike.

How to apply the stickers to a bike:

TIPS:

Follow the instructions, for a simple and correct application. 

• Remove the old graphics, avoiding to overlay them on the old ones;
• If some glue residue from the old graphics should stay, remove it using product n.1 of the application kit, or use a cloth with alcol or fuel;
• Clean the plasts with product n.2 of the application kit, or use a piece of cloth with degreaser or water with soap;
• Work with clean hands;
• Apply new graphics with an ambiental temperature between 15° and 25° C. Avoid very cold ambients that may damage the glue. Avoid very hot ambients, that may deform the sticker;
• Do not use other products to apply the new graphics;
• Should be this your first application, start with fork and fork protection , proceed to bigger and more complex pieces. 

Method of Application:

 1). Heat a little bit the adhesive using a regular hair dryer, only to facilitate the operation. From now on do not use it anymore, because it may create bubbles.  

                

2). Place the graphics, aligning in a correct way, on the plastic, without removing the paper behind, so as to realize its position.

3). Split the adhesive from the backing film and folds a piece of silicone paper on the back of the adhesive of some centimetre. Close the part to be glued on plastic and align it.

 4). Place the graphic and attach the part that had divided. When the alignment is correct, remove all the silicone paper from the back of the adhesive and apply pressure following the lines of the plastic.

5). Attach the stickers from where you started and attach the film on the plastic following all the curves that are present.  .

6). After applying all the adhesive, we recommend you to wait from 24 to 48 hours before going out with motorcycle in order to allow to the glue to be attached perfectly to the plastic.
